Welke competenties moet een goede jobcoach hebben om een student die risico loopt te kunnen ondersteunen?

We hebben onderzoek gedaan in de huidige literatuur over coaching- en mentoringvaardigheden en bovendien uitgebreid veldwerk in 5 landen met docenten, werknemers en werkgevers.

We hebben de belangrijkste competenties vastgesteld die het meest werden gewaardeerd en deze gepresenteerd als de meest wenselijke leerresultaten voor een student of stagiaire in de rol van jobcoach.

Deze worden weergegeven in een competentiekader dat een cursusaanbieder helpt bij het ontwerpen van een trainingsprogramma voor jobcoaches.

Een cursusprofiel kan ook op maat worden gemaakt, waardoor een individueel leerprofiel ontstaat en om te voldoen aan de verschillende nationale systemen overal in Europa.
